RULES:
 
-A live sale deposit must be left on our site in order for your claims to count.
 
 
-The $10 deposit is then applied to your total at the end.
 
-There are no unclaims/put backs/swaps, please claim responsibly.
 
 
-All claimed products will be uploaded and posted to our website after the live sale has ended.
 
-When you are ready to pay your basket, go under “live sale listings” and look for your name or username, add to cart, and check out.
 
 
-Your basket of claims MUST be purchased within 24 hours, if it is not purchased within 24 hours, there is NO REFUND for your deposit and you will be banned from purchasing again in the future.
 
-Ghost claims (this means unpaid baskets) will result in NO REFUND, being blocked & banned from purchasing again in the future, & being added to a ghost claimer list for other crystal shops to be aware.
 
 
-Negativity/Rudeness will result in being reported/banned from purchasing again. No refunds will be issued.
 
 
 
-Whoever claims the product on MY screen first, will receive it.
