Shipping insurance ensures that if your package arrives damaged, is missing, lost, or stolen that USPS or UPS will be at 100% liability for costs and any damages in up to $100. 
 
This means that if you receive a damaged package/item or your package is lost/stolen, that you are eligible to file a claim with USPS or UPS directly. 
 
If you choose to proceed without shipping insurance, please note that Kaela's Crystals will not be responsible and you will not receive any refund or exchanges, as these are our shops policies and we cannot be held responsible for what happens with your package once it leaves us.
