By purchasing from Kaela's Crystals LLC you are agreeing to ALL of these policies.

Emails

For questions about orders, updating an address, or other concerns please email kaelascrystalscs@gmail.com or fill out the "contact us" form at the bottom of the home page. Please do not reach out via social media about order concerns as it is very likely your message can get lost! Make sure to include your order number and name in your email. We will respond in 1-5 business days. 

Shipping:

 

-The current processing time on all orders is 3-7 business days. The processing time is in place in case of emergencies, or daily breaks as this is a one woman shop. I will be in the office Monday to Friday, with weekends & holidays off. 

-Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on weight, size, and location of where the order is being shipped too. All packages are shipped through USPS & UPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped out along with a tracking number. 

-Kaela's Crystals offers free shipping for orders over $550 subtotal. 

-You will have 2 options for shipping at checkout: Standard Shipping & Express Shipping

Standard Shipping:

If you select this option at checkout, your order will be estimated to arrive within 1-4 weeks AFTER the 3-7 business day processing time.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping DOES NOT mean an express processing time. If you select this option at checkout, your order will be estimated to arrive in 1-3 days AFTER the 3-7 business day processing time. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE & HOW IT WORKS:

Shipping insurance ensures that if your package arrives damaged, is missing, lost, or stolen that either USPS or UPS (depending on the carrier your package was shipped with) will be at 100% LIABILITY in up to $100 for costs and/or damages.

This means that if you receive a damaged package/item or your package is lost/stolen, that you are eligible to file a claim with USPS or UPS directly. 

If you chose to proceed without shipping insurance, please note that Kaela's Crystals LLC cannot be held responsible for anything that happens with your package once it leaves our hands. We do not offer returns or exchanges. 

International Shipping:

-Kaela's Crystals ships internationally! Please keep in mind that we do not set the rates for international shipping and all costs will be paid by the buyer to USPS or UPS. 

-We, Kaela's Crystals LLC is not responsible for any customs/border taxes or fees that you may have to pay if you are international. Please allow for an ESTIMATED 2-10 weeks AFTER the 3-7 business day processing time to receive your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY DUE TO CUSTOMS!

Note:

-Please make sure you TRIPLE CHECK your address before placing your order! 

-Once your package reaches the post office, it will then become their responsibility. KAELA'S CRYSTALS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES/ITEMS. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR A LOST SHIPMENT OR DELAYED SHIPMENT. 

Return/Exchange Policy:

Kaela's Crystals LLC does not accept returns or exchanges at any time. All sales are final once purchased and may not be returned or exchanged at any given time and under no circumstance. All orders are packaged with appropriate packing materials including: bubble wrap, packing tape, fragile stickers, & packing peanuts to ensure safe transit.

Items are subject to appear differently in person with different lighting. Fluorite especially can appear different when not backlit versus backlit. There will be no refunds or exchanges under ANY circumstances. You as the buyer are responsible for reading all of our shop policies before purchasing, as you also agree to all shop policies at checkout. 

All packages are shipped through USPS & UPS, once the package is in their hands, USPS or UPS is therefore responsible for any damages to packages/items. As it is out of our hands once your package is with the post office. To file a claim with USPS or UPS (if eligible) visit their websites below:

Cancellation Policy:

Kaela's Crystals LLC does NOT accept any cancellations! ALL sales are final once purchased. You as the customer are responsible for reading our policies before purchasing and cancellations will not be accepted under ANY circumstances. Our cancellation policy is posted on our homepage under the FAQ section, in our "read before purchasing" section, & you are also agreeing at checkout by checking off that you have read all of our policies and hereby have agreed when completing your purchase. 

Damaged Items:

Kaela's Crystals LLC is not responsible for any damaged packages or items. Once your item is in USPS's or UPS's hands it is out of our control. However, if you reach out to USPS or UPS and they offer no resolution, you must reach out to me within 48 HOURS after contacting the shipping carrier with proof (screenshots are recommended) and I will try my best to resolve the situation.

Missing/Wrong Items:

If you have received the wrong item please email me at kaelascrystalscs@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package so I can send out the correct item(s) ASAP. Please include a photo of the item that was sent, and your order number.  If you are outside of the 3 day window, I will not be able to send out the product.

Invalid Address/Returned to Sender:

If your tracking says "returned to sender" or "invalid address," this means that the address you provided was incorrect. When Kaela's Crystals receives your package again, we will contact the buyer via email. The buyer IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES in order to reship the package. If the buyer would not like to pay for shipping, there is a 25% restocking fee on refunds for returned to sender orders. Shipping fees are not included in refunds, therefore you will get back 75% of what you paid for.

If there is no response as to how to proceed upon reaching out to the customer within 48 HOURS, you will not receive any refund, your items will not be shipped back to you, and your items will be restocked in the shop.

Please make sure to triple check your address before placing your order to avoid this from happening!

Pricing:

Prices on the website are subject to change at any time without reasoning. This does not mean that you will be charged more than what you bought the item for upon checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIPS

ALL MEMBERSHIPS WILL RECEIVE (1) FREE RAFFLE TICKET TOWARD OUR MONTHLY GIVEAWAYS IN THEIR MYSTERY BOX EACH MONTH ACCORDING TO THE MEMBERSHIP PLAN THEY HAVE SELECTED.

QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIPS:
-If you have selected to opt into the quarterly membership to receive a $100 mystery box every 3 months, you will be billed $100 every month on the day that you sign up for 3 billing cycles.

-Once you have purchased your quarterly membership, please note that Kaela's Crystals LLC does NOT accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

-Once you have made it to your third billing cycle, your membership will then be stopped unless you decide to renew for either another quarterly membership, or a yearly membership. 

YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS

-If you have selected to opt into the yearly membership to receive a $100 mystery box every month, you will be billed $100 every month on the day that you sign up for 12 billing cycles.

Once you have purchased your yearly membership, please note that Kaela's Crystals LLC does NOT accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges. 

Once you have made it to your 12th & final billing cycle, your membership will then be stopped unless you decide to renew for either another yearly membership, or a quarterly membership. 

Holiday Rush Info:

Beginning September, holiday rushes cause orders to ship at a much slower rate AND an increase in shipping costs. Expect shipping costs to be increased by 30 CENTS OR MORE (this is what USPS is charging!). 

Shipping times can be delayed by up to 3-4 WEEKS at peak holiday rush. Tracking will most likely not be updated as often, please do not worry as this is normal. I am unable to track your package anymore than you can, so all we can do is be patient!

ORDER YOUR HOLIDAY GIFTS AHEAD OF TIME! Kaela's Crystals LLC cannot guarantee a delivery date before the holidays, so please expect unpredictable wait times when ordering. 

Packages are more susceptible to getting lost or damaged during holiday rush. Please refer to the rest of our Shop Policies as you are agreeing that Kaela's Crystals LLC is not responsible for any damages or lost packages. Refunds will NOT BE ISSUED, as this is out of our control.
